10 Activities You Should Be Doing During Summer

2014 Summer Activities:
1.Hiking
Hiking is a really good activity to do, especially in the summer time. With more times on our hands, we can spend it with the outdoors. Having to hike means getting in shape or a opportunity to exercise. Plus it's great to invite some friends or family on the journey. Most hikes have wonderful viewings. Just being a part of natures air is nice. Release all the negative energy by walking up some rocky hill!

2. Bond Fire
Bond fires are a great time to hang out with pals or your parents. Best time to interact with family and friends while munching down on some treats. Having the fire gives you an advantage to cook some delicious foods. (Marshmallows, hotdogs, etc) Plus being outdoors during sunset when the breeze is catching up is pretty nice. Why not have some conversation while devouring on some goodies with your homies!

3. Jogging/ Working out
I know what you all are thinking, Why? Well i'll tell you why. Summer time isn't really the time to think of being active when you could just lay down and be a potato all day. But unfortunately to break it to you, all that hard work to get the summer bod will eventually die down if you stop getting motivated to work out. This may seem like a bore but honestly having a friend with you or taking the time to listen to some music is really worth it. Plus don't you love the feeling after running two miles! No? Well, I do.

4. Bowling
Bowling is so much fun especially with friends and family! At some point all, my friends and I have tried to plan many hangouts but unfortunately they don't work out. Bowling is an excellent option! Not to mention the chance to crush your friends with a game of bowling!

5. Amusement parks / Night Markets
Now since it's summer, ITS TIME TO BE BROKE. That's right. With all the events popping out of no where, your wallet will be empty fast. But it's alright, its a chance to have fun and interact with friends and family. Plus its making memories with everyone you love. Plus have a fine dine with the selections of fried food everywhere and sweet deserts. Experience a ride of a life time, as it only comes once a year.

6.Roller Skating / Ice Skating
Another good time with friends with skating! If you never skated with blades, well now you have to chance. Whether in cold rinks or around a park, there's time for fun

7. Reading
Reading should be an essential during summer. Summer is basically free time for 2 months, why not catch up on some reading. (Check out my summer reading list for some books to read) It explores the imagination as well. And maybe after reading the book, you could invest in watching the movie with you're friends. Maybe join some book clubs. All in all, READ; it's worth your time.

8. Hangouts
It's summer time guys, so why not spend it with your homies. As in hangouts, I mean food. That's right, most of the time, people mean food for hanging out. It's nice to just sit and chew while discussing in some nice conversation, better than sitting awkwardly staring at each other or staring at a big screen for 2 hours.

9. SHOPPING
Most definitely! Shopping has to be a priority for the teenage girls. What better way to spend summer than to spend it with savings. Summer time sales which will leave your wallets not as empty! Plus a good time to spend with the girls and some fro-yo!

10. Relax
Let's not forget, ITS SUMMER. Finally. No more due papers or unnecessary math equations. It's time to relax and sleep in for once. I know nobody gets enough sleep year round, but now's the chance to just lay and be a potato. Maybe click on some netflix with a jar of hummus and crackers and chillax.

H&M One-Haul

Items Collected (1):

  • Knitwear

So, today in the mall, I visited H&M. While I was there, there was a 50% off sale on these already low priced items. I discovered a really cute knit-like sweater. It was the only one left and it was in size medium. (I'm a size small cough) But it was alright, I thought how oversize sweaters may be cute; and I was correct.
(Excuse my phone taking, I took this in the dress room. Oh, I was wearing shorts so yea.)

As I tried the knit on, I thought that it may look great with a black tank top and some leggings/black jeans. Plus it's original price (34.95) was lowered to only 15.00. Add in the 50% off and the total was 7.50. Such excitement. It wasn't too bad of a deal, so I purchased it. At the register, the man who was charging me commented, "Cute sweater."
--Brush shoulders--
Baby I know.

Anyways, I would say it was a happy purchase, I was excited to try it on with some black clothing.

(Excuse my phone taking, this was the only way to take it. Nobody was around to take this ootd.)

So I'm pretty satisfied of my purchase. Only downside is that the knit is sorta too long.(Down to my knees) But I can manage. I would say this is a great outfit for the fall time. All in all I say it was worth the money to buy it. For the quality, it was pretty good. For the type of stitching it had, I expected it to have loose holes. But it didn't; so great! Okie, gracias to anybody who read this and hoped you enjoyed.

Bath and BodyWorks Haul

Items Collected:
  • MoonLight Path Triple Moisture body cream (Moonlight path collection)
  • Mahogany Teak wood Candle (White Barn)

So excited to share my purchase from the mall! So today I was in search of a well-scented candle and it so happens I've came across "Mahogany Teak wood." I've heard of this particular candle before. Most gurus and beauty bloggers mentioned that this candle smelt like MEN. And indeed it does; smell like men's cologne, to be more precise. I absolutely adore this scent, not because it smells like a man, because it's a calm perfume scent. Perfect for studying, reading, or just chilling. I've purchased the miniature version, maybe I'll consider a purchase for the original version. The price of this candle was around $5.(I know pretty expensive) But it was okay for now.
As for my other purchase, I bought the "moonlight path triple moisture body cream." To be honest, I receive this for free. It was apart of the signature collection and I had a coupon for "spend $10 get a signature item free." My sister's purchase combined with mines was about $14 in total. So FREE STUFF. yea. It's an okay smell. Smells like baby lotion to me but once applied, smells very perfume.(I regret that I should of gotten the perfume, sigh.)
All in all, this is what I picked up from bath and bodyworks, not too much. Was this fascinating? Oh well, thanks for reading if anybody actually did.
